Yoga Mindfulness and fitness for recovery with live music featuring a local CSU
quartet. Co-hosted with CSU graduate student Yifan Zhang. Project includes a yoga demonstration,
mindfulness techniques and a short discussion regarding using yoga and mindfulness for recovery.
Recovery includes any challenging event that anyone may gone through such as depression, addiction,
divorce, stress, assault, a big move, an accident, or death in the family, etc.
