WHO? IMPACT Dance Company will be at the ARTLab, with dance, interactive video and excerpts from their upcoming performance of RIPPLE. The evening will also feature a display of Lesher Middle School’s “Belief Flags” that were created through a wonderful collaboration between Lesher and IMPACT Dance.

MORE ON RIPPLE…Throughout the spring, IMPACT has been creating a new project called RIPPLE that uses dance, text and video to explore how the small choices that individuals make have a “ripple effect” on the world around them. The project has spanned several months and includes workshops in schools, multiple site-specific “pocket” dance performances and the upcoming dance/video installation in partnership with the historic Armory Event Hall in old town Ft. Collins in April 16-25th, 2010. Visit our website for more information and tickets for these performances. RIPPLE does not take place in theaters, but rather brings IMPACT’s unique blend of dance, video and theatre to the people in store fronts and other unique locations. The project has been funded by the Colorado Council on the Arts, the City of Ft. Collins Fort Fund, the Armory Event Hall and several generous private and business sponsorships.
