Terpsichorean Notations is a multimedia exhibition that combines photography, painting, interactive sculpture, and projections. The exhibition is divided into three sections: Trace Elements, Synergetics, and Choreology. This multidisciplinary work delves into the challenge of notating live performances and our limited vocabulary for the most basic form of human communication: physical movement.

The artist behind this exhibition, Chris Harris, has been choreographing and dancing for over three decades. She is a choreographer, artistic director, visual artist, dancer, and teacher with interests in math, science, data visualization, and a fascination with how we understand art, dance, and the psychology of performance.
