Encounters: Images and Words
For many decades I have studied various religious and philosophical traditions of Europe and Asia. At the request of family members who wanted to know more about my travels and studies, especially in India, Sri Lanka, Persia and Japan, I began this current project. My intent is to convey the personal significance of the many persons and places I have encountered in these countries. This selection of photos and poems is both a retrospective and an expression of gratitude for all the opportunities presented to me over the years.
