Audio/Visual
Audio/Visual is a sound and imagery project, exploring relationships between formal aspects of sound and imagery such as pitch, timbre, color, shape, etc. By abstracting these formal elements from typical contexts, I hope to bring the audience’s attention to the ways we experience sound and light, thereby encouraging a richer sensual experience in general.
My creative process involves digitally manipulating sounds and images — before getting involved with Art Lab, I have done this in a studio setting, distributing content at http://audioviz.blogspot.com/ And I’m excited about bringing this process to a live audience.
