Cara Faith invites you to come celebrate the process of going from darkness to light in 2012. It is important for us to honor our darkness as well as our light and the process together is even more enriching. She will guide you through 108 Sun Salutations that progress with each set. 108=process from dark to light. Go at your own pace, stay as long as you like and pay the love offering that feels good to you.
